Before you change your logo, change the question.
A brand refresh can be worthwhile. But a new identity cannot compensate for an unclear offer, an inconsistent experience or a message that customers don’t understand.
Start with three questions: Who is your best-fit customer? What problem do you solve unusually well? Why should someone trust you over the alternatives?
When those answers are clear, visual identity becomes a tool for expressing a stronger point of view—not an exercise in decoration.
